Do not miss this opportunity. I rented in this space 2 years during the construction of my home. It is cosy and comfortable, with plenty of space for the individual renter. Private entrance and unable to hear homeowner. Very responsive homeowner. It is conveniently located close to Midlothian and Hull street, downtown, Cary street and the fan. Quickly accessible to interstate 95 and shopping. Restaurants in shopping nearby. Two great reviews of two long term tennants

The room is very cozy and comfortable it is equipped with a tv and plenty of storage space for clothing. Ha s its own private entrance and private restroom. there is a Kurig coffee maker Toaster Oven and Mini fridge in the space. The owner of the home is very hospitable and a very sweet person. I really enjoyed my time here. I was renting the room for wok at VCU Hospital. This location is literally 15 min from VCU. There is plenty of shopping and Food in the area. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. If I ever return to this area for work again I would definitely stay here if it is available. I give it a five star rating.
