Wonderful unit. Wonderful Landlords, Wonderful locations

I stayed in this basement unit for 8 months and was happy the entire time. L & N are wonderful. They were courteous of any possible noise disturbances. They were so welcoming to me that it made being away from home so much easier. If they ever needed to come down they would text me to see if I was home to be sure it was ok to come down. They were very respectful of my privacy. Their dog is sweet as well. The apartment is basically a very large studio. The bed is really comfortable. There is cable & internet that I never had issues with. The bathroom is large as well. While the unit does not have a kitchen or a large fridge I was offered to utilize the kitchen and space in their fridge & freezer. There is a toaster oven & a hotplate, I mainly used my air fryer. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet & very safe. The neighbors are very nice as well. Just know that because this is a basement unit, it does stay much colder than the outside. I would 100% stay here again if I returned
