Great Place!

L is a wonderful host, she is so friendly and welcoming. The place is so comfy and clean. You have your own bedroom and bathroom, and are able to park your car in the garage. I stayed with L for a month while working at the West Hills Hospital. The commute was easy and convenient. The neighborhood is near some wonderful hiking trails as well. I would stay here again!

I had the privilege of living in this beautiful home for 5 months. The owner is a lovely woman that knows the balance of friendliness & privacy. The home is central to many places with easy access to the freeway yet feels quiet with minimal noise. The neighborhood was safe. It was a short walk to either of the pools which were beautiful & not crowded. The room, which had a ceiling fan, was good size with a walk-in closet, dresser, bookshelf for storage. The bed was comfortable. The window overlooked a beautiful hill. The bathroom was nice with a shower/tub combo & 2 sinks with plenty of storage & counter space. The washer/dryer was easy to use & only a few steps down the hall from the bedroom/bathroom. I had access to the garage, which was wonderful, & there was plenty of free parking for guests. The kitchen had everything I needed & I loved sitting out & eating meals on the beautiful patio. I would've stayed longer but had to move for a job. I would highly recommend living here.
