Everything I Needed and More!

I recently spent two months at the Cozy Apartment at Citrus Park while I was in Tampa completing a clinical rotation. The apartment was comfortable and well maintained. I especially valued the well stocked kitchen and in unit washer and dryer. The host was quick to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this apartment to medical professionals looking for a short term rental in Tampa.

Great short term rental!

We rented this unit for 6 months while my son worked an internship in Odessa. It was the perfect place for him. It had everything he needed, a little living area, kitchen and spacious bedroom. Jennifer is a wonderful landlord, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property!

Just Wonderful

I stayed at the studio for about a month with my 4 month old puppy while reparis were being done in my home. Jennifer and her husband are one of the kindest people I've met, always willing to help and ensuring you are ok! Even while they were away on vacation Jennifer reached out to ensure everything was fine and I didn't need anything, they are very thoughtful! I really enjoyed staying at this little place, I really had everything I needed. The studio is very functional, well organized, clean and very beautiful and super pleasant and cozy to live in. I felt very welcomed from the beginning, Jennifer puts so much love, thought and care into ensuring you feel welcomed. She really takes pride in her rental place and in being a super host. She even leaves a little basket with fruit and wine to welcome you. Such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. The neighborhood is very safe, and I was able to take my puppy to nice walks around. There are a couple of dog parks near by, and within 4 minutes you have supermarkets, restaurants, and anything you may need. And is very easy and fast to get to the interstate and into town. If I could give them 10 stars I would! =), such good people and nice place, overal a wonderful experience. So grateful I found this little place and Jennifer. I strongly recommend it, If I ever need to stay at a furnished place again I would not hesitate to return.

Jennifer is an absolutely amazing host! The apartment is emaculant, just as it shows in the pictures or better! Very cozy, very quite, beautifully decorated and just minutes from the beach I hope I get the chance to stay here again sometime soon

We had a wonderful experience during our month stay here! The apartment it very clean and modern. There is also a cute private outdoor space. I would highly recommend staying here!

If I had to rate this place 10/10 I would give it an 11/10. I had the absolute best experience here with Jennifer and her husband. The unit has everything you need. The pictures dont do it justice. I think it looks even better in person. They are super accommodating, and they always make sure you feel safe and at home. The neighborhood is very friendly as well. The location was better then I imagined with every store, restaurant, beaches within perfect distance. If I come back to the area, I wouldnt think twice about staying here again. Thank you so much.
