The cottage is stocked with all the essentials needed and was recently renovated with a new air conditioning unit, cooktop, and all new furniture. There is a furnished private deck on the west side of the building where guests can enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The property is centrally located to all major hospitals in Palm Beach County and is near a major highway making for quick and easy travel to all hospitals in the area....
Space
During the months of May through November the Tenant is responsible for cleaning the mini split washable air filter at the beginning of every month unless otherwise instructed by landlord. A small step ladder is provided to access the units filter.

Great cottage in Boynton Beach, close to the beach
Stayed at this lovely cottage for more than 2 months. Everything was great, but the things my wife and I liked the most, were the ambience, the simple but warming decor and the feeling that you are like at "home". Kaitlin is a great host, always with a smile and ready to assist in whatever you may need. Definitively recomendable!

This is such a great find! K was always available whenever I needed anything and made sure to make me feel at home. This was a great space for me during my travels.

Property was exactly as described. Nice and quiet. Owners were very friendly and thoughtful. Would definitely rent this place again. I highly recommend this place.
