Great stay
Had a great stay here. Nicky and her friends and neighbors were very welcoming. The view is beautiful, right on the river, with two docks and a pool. I stayed during the summer and got great use out of the pool and yard. It was a short 15-minute commute to CHKD, which was perfect for night shift. The storm shutters easily come down and completely black out the space. The place was super clean and cozy. The kitchen is full size and has everything you need. It is a bit pricey for a studio, but it is really nice and well maintained. The only downside was that we saw a few roaches one week, but Nicky immediately sent pest control and handled the issue right away. Overall, it was a great stay and Im glad I had the experience.

Awesome views and great place to live
I lived here from July 2023 to February 2025 and loved it. It had everything I needed, it is in a quiet location, and I loved having a balcony to see the sunrise every morning. I often took the Tide light rail to baseball games and to visit downtown Norfolk. It has a good shower, good heating and cooling, and a very functional kitchen. I also really enjoyed being on the water.
