Disappointing

negligent landlord. major mold and mildew issues throughout- especially bathroom. treacherous back porch. very old photos do not accurately represent the furnishings in the home (LR couch, pantry storage, pink room carpet- all missing). the house is cute, but in need of maintenance. not safe to walk home to at night alone. not worth the $. be sure to take pix moving in and out, so you're not erroneously charged for things you shouldn't be responsible for.
