Place is trash broken furniture small kitchen for four tenants, shared bath you have to clean before taking a shower landlord stays in the basement but never cleans the common areas. When I left, Kevin never returned my deposit even though I stayed the minimum of 30 days. Kept giving me the give me more time line. Positive note is a quiet area close to everything.

I was pleasantly pleased with my stay at Kevins rental. The place was very clean and quiet. It also a good, friendly neighborhood close to all the shops and stores. I would rent this place again and I recommend it to others. H by

awesome stay!
We had an amazing stay at Ks property. We had the entire top part of the house to ourselves and K was always so kind. We wish we would have been able to stay longer. Definitely recommend this place! A lot of room and spacious.
