DO NOT STAY HERE

If I could give this property zero stars, I would. Upon my arrival, the apartment was extremely dirty. The carpets were filthy and did not appear to have ever been vacuumed. The tile had not been mopped. Dirt and grime were visible on the doors, walls, baseboards, shower, and toilet. The coffee table leg was broken, and the front door handle/lock did not work properly. I would attach the photos I took if I could. The property was also listed as a 2 bedroom and it is only 1 bedroom. I immediately contacted the landlord, who said that he would refund me as I did not feel comfortable staying there because his property was not as advertised, so I left and found a new place to stay. Upon following up about the refund the landlord would not respond to my text messages. I was finally able to get ahold of him over the phone and he stated he would not give me a refund. He has also yet to refund my security deposit. I was supposed to stay here for a month while I did a rotation for medical school. I had to spend double on another place to stay (plus the amount I paid for his place), and the landlord was very inconsiderate and rude. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!!
