great for a long-term stay!
I stayed in Wanka's unit for about 3 months and had an amazing stay! Wanka was very responsive by text to any potential issues, and the house itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. There is no laundry in-unit, but there are several laundromats nearby, and I was able to manage on my own with no car. The unit is 2 mins walk away from bus stands that takes you to downtown Silver Spring or the Takoma metro. The unit is a converted attic so the ceilings are slightly lower in certain corners, so it is slightly more inconvenient if you are taller. That said, I'm relatively on the taller side and it was totally fine as long as you're slightly careful. Overall, highly recommend!
