Great place in Walking distance to Providence Colby

Stayed with K*** for about 8 moths and I felt right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal with Providence being a block away. Plenty of natural night and a great pellet stove for the winter time. Very quick to respond and always helpful. Before I left he was setting up an e-bike rental service. Would absolutely love to stay there again if I visit Washington again and would highly recommend his home

Amazing Host and Home

K is a terrific host with a beautiful home. I stayed in the room with the attached bath and I was very comfortable. The room is spacious with plenty of storage, a convenient mini fridge and a smart TV. My sister, aunt and mom stayed in the adjoining room (also with a smart TV) during their visits and they loved their room. K is very responsive and took care of me like family. This was my first time on my own and my mother was worried, but after seeing how kind and helpful K is, she wasn't as worried and she can't say enough great things about him. The common areas are open and inviting with plenty of natural light. The location is ideal with a grocery store less than half a mile away, plenty of places to eat, a hospital within walking distance and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We plan on partaking of K's hospitality if we come to Washington again and highly recommend his home.

Comfortable Stay!

K** was a phenomenal host. The home was beautifully decorated and I felt right at home. The home offered rooms that were extremely large, but the room and bed that I rented was the smallest of them all and still super nice and very comfortable. The house was well stocked and K** was quick to respond and always willing to accommodate special requests to make sure each guest was comfortable. Id highly recommend to anyone!!
