Amazing

This place is absolutely amazing. Audrey and Ben do a phenomenal job keeping the place clean and stocked with everything you need. They were very responsive and helpful during our stay. We loved the neighborhood. Very safe and very quiet, and there are many walking paths and trails. A wonderful spot to stay short term or long term. We stayed for a month before we had to relocate due to my job. There are deer all around the neighborhood and its very close Broadway street and the heart of Nashville. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone, and if I go back to Nashville I will try to rent it again.

Would not recommend this property

We stayed for 3 months at this property. We intended to stay for 6 months, however, we only received a lease for 3 months, which was a blessing in disguise. The airplanes from the International airport fly over the house from 5am to 10pm every day. The freeway is only 250 yards away and is incredibly loud. The next-door neighbour has quite a loud barking dog. The property owners tried to include a $ 1,200 non-refundable pet deposit in the lease; fortunately, we read the lease carefully. The landlords live in Arizona and their response times for issues were consistently 24 hours. We went without hot water for 48 hours because of this response time. After staying at this location, we visited several other properties on Furnish Finder and can confidently say that there are several much better properties available. We would only recommend this property as a last resort.
