Ballard Modern Studio

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing studio for three months, and I can honestly say it was the perfect choice for my needs! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the charm and unique style of the place. The decor is modern and sleek, with fantastic art that gives the space an extra touch of personality. It's clear a lot of thought went into every detail. The location is ideal, nestled just a short walk from downtown Ballard. Whether youre looking for great breweries, local cafes, or just want to take a stroll, its all right there. Plus, there are a few gym options close by, which was a huge plus for me. What really made this experience stand out, though, was the landlord, Shawn. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and his exceptional kindness and hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The studio itself is incredibly private and peaceful. It had everything I needed to feel at home. If youre looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located spot in Ballard with a host who genuinely cares, this is the place!

This little cottage so quickly became a home for me while I was on a travel assignment to Seattle. You couldn't ask for a better place in a better neighborhood. Walking distance to 3 grocery stores, a climbing gym, fun breweries on every corner, a gorgeous walk to the Locks if you're in the mood for ships and the occasional harbor seal. The unit is so well thought out and cozy without being stifling. The massive windows really help open the place up and are great for sitting and reading under during one of those famous PNW rainstorms. I can't say enough nice things about the owner. He was courteous and respectful, always quick to shoot back a text when I had questions about the unit or the neighborhood and understanding of my odd nightshift sleeping schedule. Wish I could have stayed in the unit though summer just to experience Ballard in all its summer glory. Thanks Shawn!
