Home away from home

I wish I could have stayed in Indiana sooner just to stay here! Floyd's home is very spacious, clean and decorated nicely all throughout. Surrounded by a cute neighborhood and very close to town. Lots and lots of trail accesses within walking distance which was nice. Overall I loved this home and everything equipped with it. I would recommend this listing to anyone I know. The landlord was very kind, always available and accommodating throughout my 4 month stay.

Awesoke landlord

Floyd is the best landlord out there. Everything and anything we needed he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, easily access several parts of town. Grocery and gas right up the road. Very close to all the amenities of town. We worked at Riley children's and it was about 20 min away.

Excellent

This has been our fourth contract as traveling healthcare workers and by FAR this is the best place we have found on furnished finder. The neighborhood (south broad ripple) is incredibly safe; we never had an issue in the six months we stayed. Not only is the apartment cozy, well-maintained and spacious, our host was extremely helpful and responsive. He always made sure we had everything we needed and that everything went smoothly for us. If we're ever back in Indy, we know exactly who to call. We are very grateful to have found this unit and landlord!

Cozy, cute, and comfortable

This property is super cute and in a safe neighborhood. Nice appliances and fixtures throughout. About a mile away from cool restaurants and breweries in broad ripple, also a short driving distance to grocery stores. I felt super comfortable walking my dog around the neighborhood streets and frequently saw others doing the same. The citizens in the area are friendly too! The host is super responsive and friendly and took care of any issue that I may have run into. Id recommend!!!
