Beautiful and Comfortable

Greg was an absolutely amazing host! This upstairs apartment is clean, cute and comfortable with all the necessities for a long stay. I absolutely hate the cold and have very limited experience with snow. Thankfully, Greg was on top of shoveling snow for the place. He even reached out to me to give me advice regarding driving in icy conditions. Also, this place has an excellent heater so I was able to stay nice and toasty during my stay. There is a cute diner just down the street that I frequented often. The area is very safe and I walked there on several occasions to get a burger. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this property!

Great short term apartment

I rented this property while I was at an extern site for school. Greg was always available if I had any problems and was so nice. The apartment was very nice and had everything I needed while I stayed there! The area was very safe and the street was well-lit. It's very close to the UH main campus hospital and only a walk from Shaker Square. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who's looking for a rental in this area.

A Place with Personality

I needed a place for a summer internship and this place has a great location and the owner is really easy to get in touch with. The apartment itself was great for what I needed and felt homely from the beginning.
