Historic Date Palm Grove Condo in heart of Arcadia

Wonderful!

Absolutely loved my time at this condo. The condo was updated and the furniture was well maintained, chic and comfortable. The condo community was quiet and peaceful yet there was access to anything I could have wanted 5-10 minutes away. Working with the owner was easy and he was always available for any questions. Would highly recommend this condo!

Great location - quiet, peaceful yet just a few steps from everything you need

The property was perfect for my needs during my stay in Arizona! The location is great - walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and the canal trail is adjacent to the property. The condo complex is quiet and peaceful, and all of the neighbors I encountered were friendly and welcoming. The unit itself had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay - washer/dryer, full kitchen area, and fast wi-fi. Having a private patio allowed for a great place to eat meals or read outside. Being an end unit in the building, I rarely heard my neighbors. Tom was always quick to communicate and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. All things considered, I would stay here again if I had the option and would happily recommend this property to anyone needing a place in the area.
