Charming Oasis with the Kindest Hosts

I had such a wonderful stay here! The apartment is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and decorated with so much charm. The private patio was the perfect spot to relax, and the interior felt cozy yet elegant, with everything I needed including a great shower and all the essentials. What made this stay truly special was the kindness of the family. They were incredibly accommodating, and when I accidentally left some belongings behind after check-out, the host kindly shipped them back to me. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and so appreciated. This is a truly charming place with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and the kindest hosts!

Beautiful Cottage

I loved my stay at the cottage! Rick and Jean are great landlords. They are so good about making you feel welcome. If I had any issues, they were quick to respond and were very helpful. The cottage is very clean and has everything that you need to move in. I would definitely stay here again if I were to go back to Gainesville!

Home away from home

This cozy little cottage was a lovely stay for my boyfriend and I while we were between houses. Rick and his wife had everything we ever needed available for us. The cottage had a very warm and homey feel to it. The location was great. Walking distance from the park we like to go to. Would recommend staying here anytime!

Loved loved loved staying at the cottage. Nestled in the historic district of Gainesville and minutes away from night life. Super close and convenient to UF Shands. This cottage has everything, beautiful decor, private patio and pool area/ clubhouse. Lots of landscaping feels very private. The neighbors/ owners are so sweet and attentive if I had any questions. I miss this place and hope to make my way back to GNV some day soon :))

I loved my time here!

This is such a beautiful tiny home! Comes with everything you need and then some! I loved R and his family ! The in unit washer and dryer was a BIG plus for me. Very safe neighborhood. Close to a park to take walks in.
