This home came at exactly the right time. After selling our house, we had nowhere to go, and as a single mom caring for my disabled father, I was overwhelmed. I had never used a short-term rental before and was unsure what to trust. From the start, Natalie was kind, patient, and transparent, explaining everything clearly and easing my worries. When we saw the home, I knew it was perfect-spacious and comfortable for my dad. Throughout our stay, she checked in to make sure we had what we needed, even sending new air purifier filters for my dad's breathing. Our move-out date changed multiple times, and she was incredibly understanding each time. The checkout process was simple, and she returned our deposit promptly. Her home truly felt like our own, and her kindness meant everything to us.

Great place to stay!!!

Loved staying here. We lived there for 3 months. Clean!!! Great yard and an awesome deck to grill out and enjoy a nice beverage! Great location to walk to downtown Roseville. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and the gym. Great landlord!!! Would definitely rent here again!
