Charming 3 bd 2 bt home in central austin walking distance to several local spots and very close to 4 major hospitals

My partner and I stayed for several months while working remotely. The house is spacious and comfortable, with practical modern furnishings. The exposed wood gives it a nice homey feel. We loved the patio and the unique 'outdoor' master bedroom which is separate from the main house. And the wifi is fast! We found the location super convenient, being right next to two highways, but not so close as to hear the noise. Everything is just a short drive away. Do not miss the fantastic taco truck around the corner (Taqueria Gardenia with the green roof) which we frequented. K was a fantastic host! He was communicative and attentive when we needed something, but left us alone otherwise. He came round every few weeks to tend to the lawn and the few times we encountered an issue with the house, he dealt with it swiftly and completely. He also returned our security deposit promptly on move out. Cannot recommend this place enough (though I cannot say the same for the Austin summer heat!)
