Great house!
This house ended up being perfect for my stay in Philly! Originally I was only going to stay 2 months but that turned into 4, because the house and location ended up being perfect! It is had such a unique design and is very welcoming! The kitchen is not only a great design but well equipped too. The outdoor space is incredible. Looking up at the church you may imagine your in Europe. The deck off the 2nd floor bedroom is great for lounging and catching sun during the day too. The location is close to everything in Northern Liberties. The whole neighborhood is beyond charming and a great place to call home for a little while. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Philly! 5+ stars
Great property in a great location. Landlord was always helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.
Amazing House
We had an amazing time staying in this two-bedroom house. What started as a 6-month rental turned into a year and a half because we loved it so much. The design of the house is truly unique, with beautiful plants throughout and a striking black-and-white tiled kitchen. One feature we never knew we needed, but well surely miss, is the heated flooring. The outdoor spaces are awesome. The second-floor balcony is perfect for relaxing at sunset. The ground levels landscaping easy to care for and looks great especially at night with the overhead lights and fire pit. Hearing the church bells and enjoying the view of the church added a peaceful and special touch to our time here. The neighborhood is also fantasticwelcoming and convenient. With Apricotstone just 200 feet away, youll always be within walking distance of a great meal. The only thing to be aware of is the steep stairs, which could pose a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, this house is a gem, and were truly going to miss living here. Its a perfect choice for anyone looking for a unique and thoughtfully designed home in a great location!
