still have yet to receive my deposit

The apartment was filthy upon arrival. There's no full kitchen so the price to rent doesn't make sense. Also, the surrounding area is sketchy, so the price definitely does not match. There's no security cameras around the property, so bring your own. Someone attempted to break in TWICE. I have yet to receive my security deposit back, yet I paid all of my rent, deposit, and application fee on time. I don't care if legally they have 30 days, the space was left better than I received it (I have videos and pictures to prove it). If you can avoid renting here - do so. Maggie was cool the entire time, now no one is answering about my security deposit. There's also another tenant who has yet to receive hers and it's been over a month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Also, the girl who lived above me had many drunken nights and was loud the entire stay.
