Hidden Gem!

Topside is Fabulous!! I stayed here as travel nurse at MMC. Quick 7 mins from driveway to hospital parking garage! Awesome location close to downtown, greenbelt bike path right at end of street, minutes to the lighthouses, restaurants, grocery stores and near all major freeways. K & W were so kind and hospitable. Place is immaculate, quiet, exceptionally clean, very bright and spacious. The kitchen has a fabulous convection cooktop pan that made preparing meals easy. Pan heated so quick and wiped clean. Fully stocked kitchen with Keurig had everything a traveler could want or need. Huge pluses also included off street parking, full size washer and dryer, heat/AC and spacious living room for my workouts :) Place has a nice big backyard where I stored my bikes. Super quiet, safe neighborhood and most importantly, comfortable bed and nice hot, spotless shower. As a travel nurse, this is the nicest place I have stayed so far. Topside is certainly a hidden gem tucked in South Portland! |

THE PERFECT PLACE

My boyfriend and I lived here during my 6mo travel nursing contract at MaineMed! Its an easy 10 minute drive to the hospital, the apartment is adorable and recently updated! This topside apartment is an hidden gem and K & W were the best hosts! The apartment has a private entrance and there is a beautiful walking trail directly behind the house! South Portland/ Portland is a fun place to live and explore, highly recommend!
