Friendly and Accommodating Landlord and Manager, Very Comfortable Unit

The manager of the condo and the landlord were both incredibly helpful and accommodating with me. The space has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a large kitchen merged with the living room, a big work desk, common deck, balcony, and a security system. Everything came as advertised and I did not experience any major issue with the appliances. Free street parking is available at the church right down the street if the area in front of the condo becomes unavailable. I did not have negative experiences with the neighbors living on that street or the adjacent one. The condo has an elevator that is ideal for moving heavy items up the stairs like my desktop computer. The landlord is responsive to all questions or concerns one may have and helpful signage is posted in the unit about local resources and rules for unit upkeep. I would certainly stay here again, if need be.

Great place!

I really enjoyed the apartment. The kitchen is wonderful and well-appointed. Definitely a cooks kitchen. Bathroom is gorgeous with a deep tub that is so relaxing after a hard day! Free parking and extra security around the building is a bonus for this area!

Beautiful Space with an Amazing Kitchen

Very comfortable space. Beautifully appointed with Bosch appliances, comfortable beds, and plenty of space. I was initially not sure of the neighborhood, but had no problems. I was traveling with my pup and there is a great open space directly across the street. It is a short walk to the greenway that was very nice. I was able to walk to a couple of great places to eat, but would have liked a few more walkable places. It was very easy to get to all kinds of places. I was able to explore more neighborhoods that I have never visited before and I loved that. The host was super easy to work with and very responsive. I had everything I needed for a longer stay provided, and I can't say enough about the bathroom, complete with the wonderful freestanding tub and super spacious shower. It was a great stay and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely, peaceful apartment

This apartment, and it's owner were both wonderful. The layout of the home is beautiful. The large kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need and top of the line appliances. The bathroom is spacious, with an enormous shower and tub. The bedrooms are identical and have comfortable, king sized beds. I loved the little balcony on the front for people and parade watching. It's seldom I find a property with internet, cable and a security system in place. The elevator is convenient to move in and out. It was a pleasure to enjoy this space.
