Very Nice Condo & GREAT LANDLORD
The Condo was very well appointed, and the inside looks just like the pictures. Everything you would ever need for a short term lease is included. Just bring some clothes. Everyone in the gated neighborhood was nice and it was really quiet and relaxing. German the Landlord was wonderful as well. He exceeded our expectations. This man is an expert in hospitality. It was very easy to rent from him and if you needed anything he was always willing to take care of it instantly. He is just an awesome person. We would surely rent again from German! Thanks again for your hospitality and letting us rent your Condo! ***** Six Stars!

Great for travelers
My mother and I enjoyed an extended stay at this property while working at Shands. German was very attentive and welcoming. The entire home was fully equipped with everything and anything we coould ever need. The space was comfortable and the neighbors were quiet. I highly recommended for long stays. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

Cozy comfortable townhome in nice neighborhood
Beautifully renovated townhome- work space in each bedroom, comfortable mattresses, great shower pressure, comfortable couch. It is in a small gated community that is very quiet and peaceful, but a short walk/drive to grocery stores and restaurants. There is open parking with plenty of space if you have a car. The entire home is nicely decorated- the small touches throughout make it feel like home, and the kitchen has every appliance you could need. The smart lock is a nice touch- no needing to drag around keys! Landlord was nice and very responsive, and gave me everything I needed to know upfront!
