Space
The space is perfect one individual. Our goal is to rent to short term contract employees for LANL and the two local hospitals. This way we have a beginning and an end so we can maintain privacy and have breaks between tenants. The room is part of our general house/home.

Best part of Santa Fe
This couple make you feel at home and part of the family. It was a joy to share my time with them. I would come back to SantaFe, just to stay at there home! Thank you for your gracious hospitality.

Gracious Hosts
K and C were great landlords that helped me feel at home. They were always attentive to my needs and were able to provide me with tools to help me have a great time in Santa Fe. They were super friendly and knowledgeable about the area, too. For animal lovers, there is a super sweet and friendly cat that likes to hangout with you while you lounge about. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a home away from home and two awesome landlords.
