Great room for tenant who likes safe and spacious.

If youre looking for a room that is in a safe/quiet neighborhood and that is spacious and comfortable, this is the spot. Luckily I was able to live here while traveling for 3 months. The owners of the home were very accommodating and I had no issues. There is always parking in front of the home and close to all the restaurants/stores. Lots of storage space in the closet and bathroom. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent find!!

The best find on furnished finder! The owners of this house are so nice and very accommodating! The room is the perfect size and closet has plenty of storage space. Bathroom also has plenty of storage underneath the sink. I never had any issues parking right in front of the house. Its a very safe neighborhood to park/walk in. Also,only one mile from Long Beach exchange and there are plenty of grocery stores/shopping around. Overall amazing find, seriously cant complain about one thing!
