Boulder stay March 2023

J*** was the perfect host and offered all his help and advice and suggestions on questions or issues that we faced. The apartment is in a great location, in quiet old part of town, close to the mountains and hiking trails. Shopping, and a boulder bike share station is within a 10min walk. North Boulder Recreation center is within a 15min walk. Downtown and Pearl street is 2miles from the house. We were the first to stay in the apartment after being renovated, so everything was brand new. It was well stocked with everything you might need, including all plates, cups, mugs and cutlery. There was plenty of closet space in the bedrooms, good internet and full selection of TV channels. The basement apartment offered plenty of privacy and had excellent noise isolation, so you didnt know much about anyone upstairs. The shared W-D room was located in a section between the house and basement and worked brilliantly. Thanks to J*** for making our stay as comfortable as possible!
