Excellent Rental
I had a very good experience. Beautifully decorated and renovated, the landlord continuously makes improvements. There are great appliances, including a delicious espresso machine. The landlord keeps cleaning supplies everywhere as needed for everyone’s use — attention to neatness and cleanliness as well as a monthly cleaning service. It always smells great; candles and air fresheners. There is newer technology for lights and hvac (temperature) comfort. There is also thorough security in with cameras at the front and back entrances and all bedroom doors have personal code locks. In addition to a good home experience, the landlord is active in the community and pays attention to keeping the sidewalk clean and flower box blooming. There is a secure mailbox and package box for deliveries, along with front of house cameras. It is a no-drama, friendly environment and there is a very sweet dog that doesn’t bark!

Great place to stay!
My stay at this property was nothing short of excellent! The property was equipped with any and everything I could possibly need whether that be in the master room, kitchen or shared living areas. The host was wonderful and welcoming and I felt so at home for my extended stay. My dog quickly warmed up to their sweet dog and it quickly became our home away from home. Thank you for everything, 10/10 recommend!

Lovely Stay
From beginning to end, this stay was wonderful. The host went above and beyond to ensure my stay was both comfortable and warm. The master bedroom has plenty of space. The outdoor space is cozy and perfect, especially having my dog there with me. The host was exceptional. I cannot recommend this space more. I came looking for a temporary haven and ended up truly having a temporary home. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Staying at this property was the highlight of my stay in Philly. From the start, the host was very accommodating and ensured that I was comfortable in the space. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host is constantly improving and curating the space to boost its comfortability and aesthetics. The intentionality behind the amenities, decor, and security is unmatched. I would 100% recommend this luxurious suite to others.

Best property and host I ever found in Philadelphia
It was great staying at L's place. He is a very welcoming host that is always willing to help. The place itself is fully furnished and very nice inside with a lot of space. The area is also good with a bus stop nearby and a grocery shop 5 minutes away. I really enjoyed my stay there and feel lucky that I was able to find this property. Would definitely stay again!

Great property, great landlord!
Property was great: homey, well dressed, and included all the living supplies you may need. Landlord (L) was very accommodating, rational, and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
