Apartment in Midvale, Utah
Landlord Tenure: 3 years, 4 months
Newly remodeled home on a quiet street in Midvale. The unit is a one bedroom, one bath well-lit basement apartment with private entrance.
The basement remodel was completed in January 2023.
From our driveway you can be in one of three amazing canyons in 15 minutes. Midvale is a growing community and were 5 minutes to groceries and restaurants, freeway access, and Fashion Place Mall.
Quiet street in Midvale with quick access to freeways, shopping, food and entertainment, and parks. ~10 minute drive to the mouth of Big Cottonwood, Little Cottonwood, Millcreek, and Parleys Canyons.
Great ski spot
Top tier location to catch the ski bus, it was close enough that I was able to easily bike there. Place itself is great, very big and has everything you might want. Comfy bed, nice desk, good kitchen, etc.
location,location,location
If you are in salt lake to ski the location is fantastic. Whether you drive yourself or take the bus (1km to the first stop for solitude/brighton bus and 1.6km for the snowbird/alta bus.) the easy access to the 215, I-15 and state street made getting around a breeze. If you're planning on catching a Utes game or heading downtown public transportation was great. The apartment itself was super cute and homey. Much larger than I thought. In all the places we have stayed over various platforms, I think Cody was the best communicator, both pro active and responsive.
Clean, new basement apartment.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a month while skiing. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Easy parking and close to all the necessities. Cody was very responsive leading up to and during our stay. Would stay again.
Great Location with Scenic Views, but Noisy at Times
The location is nice, offering a beautiful view of Twin Peaks that I really appreciated during my stay. Its also well-situatedjust 20 minutes from downtown and closer to Sandy, making it convenient for work or trips to the slopes. The space itself was comfortable, and overall, my experience was positive. However, the upstairs neighbors frequently host parties, which can lead to occasional noise disturbances. If you plan to stay here, Id suggest keeping to yourself rather than trying to connect with the neighbors. Despite these minor drawbacks, I enjoyed my time here, and the beautiful surroundings made it a worthwhile stay.
