The Velos

Five stars all the way! Loved the house! So much room and such a big backyard! Josiah and his wife were fantastic landlords and were always there whenever we needed anything! Neighborhood is great and its such a short ride to Safeway and the hospital! A little noise with the shared wall but nothing that would stop us from getting a goodnight rest every night! Absolutely loved it here and would definitely stay here again! :)

Cute and homey town home with a nice back yard and spacious inside. Very responsive landlords who act fast and responsibly !

Great place to stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The house was very clean and the pictures on furnished finder matched with what the house actually looks like. I interacted with both owners throughout my stay and they were bot friendly and easy to work with. They were quick to respond and address any issues/concerns. Loved the yard and having a washer/dryer plus a garage for storage! The location of the house was within walking distance to the grocery store and a short drive to work. Super easy drive to downtown Springfield and Eugene for bars/restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I were to get another job in the Springfield/Eugene area.
