Great Stay
Mary Ann is a fantastic host and her Del Cerro studio is a very comfortable and cozy stay. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet and has lots of great hiking and outdoor spaces nearby. Highly recommend this studio if it's available. Would absolutely stay again.

perfect place
I stayed here for 2 months and it was just wonderful! Mary Ann is the sweetest and is so accommodating. She set up the place with everything you could ever need. I loved my time here! Such a beautiful and safe neighbor. There are trails for walking and hiking nearby too.

Great stay
I had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment in the upscale, peaceful neighborhood of Del Cerro. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with excellent street lighting, it offers privacy and tranquility. The neighbors are friendly, and the area is tranquil. The spacious bathroom has a large shower and fantastic lighting, making it a pleasant space to get ready. The kitchen area was convenient and made meal prep easy.

Del Cerro studio apartment
Cozy studio located in close proximity to shopping centers, Lake Murray, and SDSU. Parking was never an issue and I was able to park close to the entrance of the studio.
