great location well furnished unit

stayed here for a little over 9 months and we loved everything about this place. john is responsive and very friendly and helpful. moving in the place was clean and good furnishings. cant recommend this property enough. great view close to hospital and public transportation as well a very safe are.

Review for John Ross Building South Waterfront, Portland, OR

I spent three months at the John Ross in Portlands South Waterfront, and it was perfect for me as a single female healthcare traveler. The building felt very secure, with underground parking and a safe, welcoming neighborhood. The condo itself is bright, spotless, and stocked with everything you could need. I loved having restaurants nearby and a weekly farmers market right across the street. The view was incredible every day, my commute to Legacy Emanuel was quick, and downtown was just minutes away. John and Perla were wonderful hostskind, responsive, and thoughtful with the little extras they provided. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend both the condo and these amazing owners to anyone looking for a comfortable, worry-free stay in Portland.

Perfect Location for OHSU

I stayed here during a month-long rotation at OHSU. It was the perfect location with easy access to the tram that goes up to the hill. Also only a couple blocks away from the Center for Health and Healing. Very nice trail by the water for daily walks/jogs. The apartment has stunning views, very well-maintained and clean. Large kitchen with all the appliances you'll need. No issues whatsoever during my stay, highly recommend.

Spacious and elegantly furnished

We loved staying in this condo and would stay there again in a heartbeat. The unit is spacious and elegantly furnished and thus very relaxing and easy to clean (as opposed to units that are too cluttered with stuff) . We especially enjoyed the views of the Willamette River, Mt. Hood and Mt. St. Helens, as well as many strolls along the waterfront and across the river. The condo tower (the John Ross) is well-managed and provided excellent concierge and management services. We found the owners to be very cordial, kind, and helpful too.
