Peaceful Country Detached Apartment 10 min drive to nearest Hospital

Great Property, Great Hosts!

I am glad I found and was able to rent from Sue while I was working in Paso Robles. The property is nice, quiet and relaxing. I was initially hesitant because I thought there were other places closer to town, but when driving from the property to the 101, the drive is only 10-12 minutes. You can get to downtown Paso in less then 20 minutes. The unit has updated appliances, and was very clean. It is stocked with plenty of essentials. Fridge, stove, coffee maker everything listed on the listing details is present. Designated parking spot off the street. Also, a washer and dryer! It has everything you need to comfortably have a place to really live while you are away for work. Sue and her husband are awesome people. Friendly and kind, they are a joy to deal with and very accommodating and receptive to communicating with you as a tenant but by the time you are there for a bit you might think of them more as friends. They are genuinely good people who offer a great place to stay.

Templeton Gem

My fianc and I were so blessed to have stumbled upon M and S's place during our stay in Templeton. They are the best landlords! They were very welcoming (even to our pug!) and were always available if and when we needed anything without being intrusive. They even changed out the full sized bed to a queen (complete with a built in charging station on the bed frame) so that we would be more comfortable! The detached apartment provided a private, quiet, and very comfortable place to rest after a hard night's work (black out curtains included, which we really appreciated). The views outside our windows were beautiful during the months we were there. We love home-cooked food, so we enjoyed preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen. We most especially enjoyed meeting and playing with the animals in their property from dogs to cats to even a horse! This truly became our home away from home. If you're looking for a comfortable, quiet, and safe place to stay, this property is for you.

Wonderful Space and Better Landlords!

This is a wonderful apartment with 2 bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and a well supplied living room. The furniture is cute and comfortable. It's set up well for a nice flow and each area has its own space while also being small and easy to maintain. There is plenty of space in the closets and the kitchen is quite large considering the size of the apartment. The views from every window are just incredible, it feels like you're in the middle of the country but are only 10 minutes from town! You'll have your own entrance to the private space above the garage, which has a washer/dryer for use. The whole property is behind a gate so you feel safe. The landlords, Sue & Mike, are incredible people who are easy to get along with. They are very helpful and quick to respond to anything that might come up, usually the same day when possible. They are easy to get along with, but also give you space and don't intrude. I can't say enough wonderful things about the property or the landlords!
