I own, renovated and live in the townhouse. I love to travel, cook, read and (occasionally) garden. I don't entertain much, but I enjoy throwing a good dinner party and cooking for family and friends. I like to maintain a friendly rapport with roommates, but also enjoy my solitude. I value clear and direct communication and I'm hoping to share space and time with someone who is responsible and willing to care for common resources and be respectful of one another's presence. I prefer living in a clean, tidy space and would expect the same from a roommate.
