Cozy 1 bedroom apartment

This apartment was perfect for me and my fiance while we stayed up here for my contract at one of the hospitals. Everything worked and when something didn't Jake was very responsive at making sure issues got fixed. One of the light fixtures in the bathroom went out, got it changed. AC went out, got us a fan and then 2 window units during the summer weather till he could get the AC properly fixed. Jake has a very friendly disposition. It's always a pleasure to run into him. He gives you undivided attention and takes issues/requests seriously. We had a very extensive phone conversation before we moved in. After speaking with him I felt comfortable moving forward with renting from him. Neighborhood felt safe, plenty of off street parking, also dog friendly. Our dogs loved having a backyard to play in.

Amenities are plentiful, hot water good water pressure, it's a pretty good setup!

Exactly What I Needed!

I lived in this apartment while completing my clinicals for school and it was perfect for my situation. I appreciated the flexibility and ease of reserving. Jake and Bella are very responsive and helpful with any issues you come across. Parking is convenient, the neighborhood felt safe, and having in-laundry was super helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are needing a short term lease or furnished unit!
