Comfortable Duplex, Fantastic Landlord

From the street view, I stayed in the left-side unit of the duplex. This home is comfortable and offers all the essentials. The linens, furniture, bathroom and kitchen appliances were all very clean and everything was is good working order. N", the landlord, is very prompt at responding to messages and was very easy to work with. She was actually on vacation when I submitted a booking request, but she handled everything quickly and efficiently even though she wasn't at home. During my stay, I had one small issue with the back door deadbolt, but as soon as I mentioned it, the problem was resolved the very next day. N" has a trusted handyman who arrived during the promised time-frame and fixed the problem with the lock within minutes. All in all, this is a comfortable home with plenty of storage space for a traveling professional. The home offered everything one should expect in a mid-term rental and you can count on your landlord to respond to your needs in a timely manner.

Two Bedroom Furnished / Utilities included

This apartment was cozy & comfortable. It was well furnished with everything needed (TV, Wi-Fi,Cable, Firestick, Washer/Dryer Living rm Furniture ,Beds/ Linen , Towels & Kitchen Utensils (pots, pans, dishes). I felt safe, as property is fenced in. As a Travel/ Contract Wkr., I was pleased that I was near my job. And N (Landlord) was very nice, friendly and will do whatever is needed to accommodate & ensure a pleasant stay.

A cozy comfortable stay

Warm functional duplex with all the amenities needed. Updated with a yard and front porch. No parking issues and convenient to hospital. Quiet neighborhood walkable to restaurants and stores. I would absolutely recommend and would stay again if I take another assignment in Pueblo!
