DO NOT RENT HERE

I needed a temporary place to stay and it was working initially and I was planning on committing to June and July. Justin promised to send me a lease, which never came. He showed up at 10 on a Thursday night to tell me he rented my room out from under me. Despite me committing to 2 months minimum, he kept the room listed online and someone scooped it. He said 'there is nothing I can do,' other than being lazy and disorganized. It gave me 48 hours to find a place to land. He does not pay the utilities on time and I know of at least 2 times power went out and there was no AC. He doesn't care about his tenants, so find another place.

Great & Affordable Place in Houston

While I was initially a bit unsure renting over the internet without having beeing physically in the apartment before, Justin accomodated all my requests to give me more security. Before arriving, he provided me with instructions and the codes needed to access the property/room and made sure that everything went smoothly. The room is optimal for shorter and longer stays, especially given the en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom. Towels were freshly washed and provided and the same goes for the bedding. The room was clean. The house is well located within Houston and is even a great alternative for people who come without a car as it is a walkable neighborhood and the next bus station is only 5 min away with buses driving quiet frequently. I had great 7 weeks and can recommend Justin's rental to everyone.
