Beautiful Private Garden Cottage with Large Exclusive Outdoor Space and Parking!

Lovely Division Cottage

This ADU is located in a great area! Just around the corner from public transit and many busses that go everywhere in town. A few coffee shops within 5 min walk and grocery store across the street and a co-op for fresh local produce! My fianc and I loved staying here and enjoyed the area a lot! The owners are quick to reply for any issues and are very nice and welcoming! There is a private parking pad with a garage which is nice and provides great security. A lot of events go on around such as run clubs, local cycle groups and many bars/restaurants with fun things to do! It was just a little tight for both me and my fianc but it provided us with what we needed and all the dishes and appliances were all up to date and worked without any issues!

Amazing ADU!

This ADU was the perfect place at the perfect time! It is well thought out and spacious- not common in travel nursing housing! It hit all my necessities and exceeded my expectations. It was filled with light and windows but still had excellent privacy. I loved spending my mornings in the outdoor patio, and it well lit at night time. The ADU is in the awesome area of Ladd's Addition, and is walking distance to many shops, cafes, and food pods off of Division. In the center of Ladd's is a nice coffee shop and wine bar where I loved to spend my days off. A quaint, quiet cottage right off of a walkable, fun area. Ting and Will were excellent landlords and I am sad to leave this awesome property!

Walkable ADU

I enjoyed staying at this very walkable ADU for 7 months. Off of Division St with many restaurants, food carts, coffee shops, and a grocery store within a minute walk. You will have access to a private gated driveway, a fully stocked kitchen, large bedroom with king bed, W/D, and bathroom. The owners are very easy to communicate with and quick to help with any needs. This ADU was within a 15 minute drive to nearly everything I needed to access in the city.

Home away from home

I cannot say better things about this place. The private cottage felt very secluded with your own back entrance and cute covered patio. Also, a gated driveway! I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed with ample space. There was great storage for camping stuff, bikes, clothes, etc. The shower is amazing, along with the bathroom. The neighborhood is perfect, Ladds addition feels like your own little oasis. Division street has lots of restaurants and shops. The landlord was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Me and my travel partner still day dream about this cottage! Highly recommend.
