Brand new house with a room and bath to spare. Also included full kitchen with new appliances, BBQ in the lanai. House is usually unoccupied since I stay in a different city. I do make sporadic visits but would only use the master portion of the house if and when there.

Renter Beware Mold.
I rented House 11/1/25. By mid month I was unable to sleep in bedroom for the remainder of rental. I had to sleep on couch in main room because of Mold. I had headaches, controlled mild asthma bad & 3rd symptom forced out of bedroom perm. 3rd the last to appear waking up 4 nights in a row at 4-5 AM sweating/racing heart rate. Once I was in main room for a1- hrs symptoms gone. Did physical no heart issues/high blood pressure. Doc said do Mold Testing. Purchased mltpl kits at Lowes & followed directions exactly. Test came back positive for Mold in bedroom & neg in great room. I sent the positive test to company & came back positive for mold. Owner is not a bad guy per our original deal he wouldn't allow me to sleep in master as it's his when he does come to the house for overnight. That only happened one time the day before I moved out.
