Cottage in University Place

I had the pleasure of calling this cozy cottage home for four months after relocating from out of state, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—close to shopping, parks, dining, and with easy access to Seattle. The property was fully equipped with everything I needed, making the transition seamless and comfortable. Jessica and Kevin were incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with throughout my stay. My pup especially loved all the nearby walkable areas and parks. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Amazing home, beautiful location

I stayed here for a little under a year and I was so sad to leave. The house was perfect for my pet and I and it had everything I needed. The location is great for anyone looking for a safe neighborhood and is close to water for beautiful views. The landlords are friendly, so easy to work with, and came to help me immediately when there were any storms where I lost power or just anything I needed in general. I cant recommend this place enough! If Im ever back in the area I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.

We got married right before moving into this lovely home, and it was the perfect place for us to start our married life. This secret gem in University Place is truly precious. The spacious driveway and the beautiful greenery on the property provided us with a lot of privacy. It's also close to stores, Chambers Bay, parks, etc. It's just a short walk to a beautiful view of the water. J is so happy to help with anything, she made the move in and out process easy. We would definitely stay here again if we could! - G+B

Great place with a nice neighborhood

This home was lovely and perfect for myself and dog. The outside yard was great for the dog and neighborhood was nice to take walks at night in. The house was perfect for one or two people with everything you ever needed. Close to shopping, restaurants and local parks to spend your off time. The owners were super helpful and nice to answer any questions you might have. If I ever travel in the area again I would definitely stay here. S and L!!
