You will have the entire basement level to yourself and the basement door locks. You'll have your key so you can lock the unit. The basement is a large room with private bathroom, kitchenette, and laundry room. Please note that I will need access to the laundry room once per week (the door to laundry room is through the basement).

Amazing Place and Terrific Landlord!
I am a medical student who recently stayed with Erin for a month while on rotation at Walter Reed Medical Center! Her place was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space, good parking, no noise complaints, and Erin is incredibly nice and accommodating! I would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at E and G place for a month and it was a great stay! Very clean, looks just like the photo, and E and G are very friendly and considerate hosts. I would stay here again

E was a great host. Perfect balance of privacy and offering help when needed. The house was in a great location within walking distance to Holy Cross Hospital. The basement apartment was very clean and had lots of room. The backyard was very spacious and peaceful to relax in.
