Delightful and cozy house. quiet area and only minutes away from everything we needed. Owner responded immediately and the attention given was amazing and easy to work with.

Great house, great location

This is a delightful house for a traveling nurse or couple. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and only minutes from everything you need. The large fenced in backyard is perfect for your furry companion as well. The owner was easy to work with, and was quick to respond to any of our questions! We definitely enjoyed our time here in Montrose at this house.

Wonderful location

Super house in country setting, but close to town. Quiet area. Large game room, very nice kitchen. Favorite was the very large deck with furniture and a large, private yard. Pets allowed. I loved this house and so did my cat.
