Cozy Place & Great Hosts - Highly Recommend

My partner and I lived here for a month and loved it. The basement apartment comes very well stocked and has all the needed amenities. It was exactly what we needed. The bed is very comfortable, multiple parking spots, has its own private entrance, and very clean. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. From our research, its easily the best value for the price. We had zero complaints or issues staying here. Highly recommend!

Perfect for those with Paws

My human booked this property for two months in the fall. It was perfect and cozy, with a fenced in back yard and friendly other puppers that loved to play (A and R are wonderful!). The kitchen had everything for mom to make me yummy meals but unfortunately all I continued to get was kibbles. I loved the comfy leather couch in the afternoon sunlight. I am unemployed, and this is my favorite time for nappies. I clocked a lot of zzzzz in this place. The bedroom, and bathroom, and kitchen was stocked with everything to keep me clean and dry when I went on long walks in the beautiful countryside. 10/10 would def recommend for other humans with doggos. *I wish the wifi wasnt so good so mom would have stopped working and played with me more.

Easy Access to Asheville

C is a very friendly & accommodating host and was always quick to respond and take care of any needs/questions you may have. We stayed for 2 months. You'll be 12 mins from the grocery store and 15-20 mins from West Asheville and within 25-30 mins of most parts of Asheville, including downtown. We found it very easy to get around AVL and this felt a bit like a hidden gem. This is a very spacious one-bedroom. Yes, you are in the basement, but it's a completely separate entry that is on the opposite side of the house that the hosts enter. Keep in mind that this a basement apartment so you will hear the owners and their dogs upstairs walking around. We noticed less as time went on. You have full privacy as there are no indoor shared areas. The only potentially shared area is the fenced-in yard that their sweet dogs use too! Great fit for someone who's a little more laid back and looking for a great place to stay just outside of AVL!
