Extremely satisfied

Don't look any further - this is the one. It's a very cozy and clean studio/casita in a nice suburban neighborhood near Long Beach Airport. The space is equipped with everything you need whether you're staying one month or multiple months. Having washer and dryer on site and a park across the street were huge bonuses. Closet and storage place is plentiful, but the desk is a bit small, so you might want to consider bringing your own. Richard is a very accommodating host who will make sure you have a great stay.

Amazing Space

Richard was an excellent host, making the check-in process smooth with a thorough walkthrough of the space. The place is well-equipped for a long stay, offering all the essentials. Its conveniently located within walking distance of Long Beach City College and a park just foot steps away from where youre at is a bonus. The space feels private and quiet, perfect for relaxation. Having onsite laundry is a huge plus, and the kitchen is simple yet functional, with everything you need. If youre looking for a comfortable and practical place to stay, I highly recommend considering this one!

Cozy Casita

I have been staying in this studio the past few months and it has been amazing! The set up is perfect and adorable- its super comfortable and cozy and has everything you could need for an extended stay. The landlords have been the sweetest most welcoming landlords that I have honestly ever had- felt extremely lucky! The area is also great- frequently go for walks or runs near the pond. I felt very safe here. There is also a large mall walking distance away which is nice when you don't feel like driving everywhere. The inside of the casita is set up so thoughtfully as well- you have space for a full kitchen and bathroom- you will love it!
