Basement Apt

The apartment was clean and as advertised. I had assumed the private entrance meant a physical separation between the upstairs and the basement space, but that was on me for not clarifying. His dog is an absolute sweetheart, but my cat doesn't do well with dogs. I was subjected to a $50 cleaning fee for cat litter "embedded" in the carpet. While I did vacuum I understand there might have been some left over, but not sure the fee was warranted. It was more of a shared space than I had pictured, but the owner was very kind. The surrounding area is very friendly and convenient. No issues with parking either.

Great location, great host, and everything we needed

We had a great experience staying at Charles place for a month! He was always kind, helpful, and full of great tips on what to do in the area. The location is excellent: theres a food plaza with several restaurants just around the corner, a grocery store within walking distance, and a nearby bus stop all very convenient. Theres also a lovely park close by where we enjoyed relaxing walks. The apartment is small but cozy and has everything you need: a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and a small but functional kitchen. And we cant forget to mention the adorable dog, such a sweet presence that brought even more joy to our stay. Were really grateful to Charles for such a wonderful stay and would happily come back!

Great little gem

This is a nice little cozy place to be while being in Denver. Theres a food plaza nearby that suits every craving. The room itself is big, bathroom is close. Nice little living room with a TV and a bar area. Share a laundry room which but the machines are top of the line. Good place to stay at with the good price tag. Theres a dresser in the wall with a lot of space. A closet and two night stands. Overall its a nice place to be in. The landlord is friendly and understanding should anything come up. He will work with you.
