A Memory I Will Always Keep

I do not have the words to express just how wonderful it was to stay here. L's home and outdoor spaces are absolutely gorgeous. Her beautifully chosen decor allow you to relax into a space that is both peaceful and life-giving. I can best describe it as a safe harbor and a very lovely place to come home to. L's property is matched only in its gorgeousness by the sheer beauty of her personhood. She is someone who really cares about people and about our world. She touches lives in the most profound ways. I know that I will forever be grateful for the time I spent here. Thank you so much for everything, L!

Highly Recommended

It's a beautiful property, inside and out. Well kept, clean, spacious. The neighborhood is great and peaceful. Lots of activities to do in San Pedro. Quick walk to see the ocean. It was a pleasure staying with the homeowner. We had a great time getting to know one another and now I can call her friend. I would definitely stay here again.

Lysas place

L is an amazing host, she is mostly gone playing pickle ball or sailing.The house is immaculate, beautiful garden, quiet neighborhood with lots to do if you like outdoors. Easy stroll to the ocean, easy trails and beautiful parks nearby. I would definitely booked her place again.

A Blessing in Disguise

I was nervous about moving to LA as I have heard horror stories from dealing with traffic, parking, cramped spaces, and insanely overpriced...everything. Then I came across Ms. L and I was proved wrong. The house and the room is very nice, clean, and inviting, and to mention plenty of parking! I worked nights, and it is important for me to have ample rest, and it delivered. The neighborhood is cute, clean, and quiet. It is a short drive to the stores, restaurants, and Long Beach Airport. I worked at TMMC, which took about 20 minutes w/o using the freeway. The neighbors are very nice (I even got to play with the doggo). It is close to the trails and the ocean- which I definitely loved to walked around to destress from work. The owner is very nice, warm, and accommodating! I have not only found a good landlord(ess), but also found a really good friend. This is the best place I stayed, and I would come back again if I could! P.S. If you love pickleball, you must let her know! :)

The perfect stay

Being a traveler its always nice having a quiet well kept place to stay. I was fortunate enough to stay here even after my contract. It is a very nice house, quiet backyard to relax, very clean. Very nice cute neighborhood and extremely quiet at night. If you love walks it is also right by the ocean. the owner is very accommodating and will stay out of your way if need be or sit and chat over a cup of coffee or even dinner. I have been a traveler for 3 yrs now and this by far was the most comfortable place I have stayed. It is within driving distance to a few different hospitals. Especially little company of Mary San Pedro (5 min). Overall its a great choice while traveling!
