Great place in an excellent location

I stayed at this property for six months and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, with easy walking access to Shelter Island, as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Having an assigned parking spot in a gated parking lot was also a huge plus and made everything very convenient. The landlord was always kind, responsive, and attentive whenever I needed anything during my stay. The property felt comfortable, safe, and well-maintained throughout my time there. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Peaceful Secure Oasis

This property was perfect for my visit to San Diego. Property was just as the picture shows. Location is wonderful and walking along the path all the way to Kellogg Beach was a treat. The condo does get some noise very occasionally from the Yacht Club Villas across the street. However, it was minimal. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was great. Laundry down the hall was very convenient. Having a gated parking area with an assigned spot was also a bonus. R was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure all was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place and beautiful location !!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for three months and had the best experience. It was super comfortable for both of us, and we loved the location. R was such a great host and was extremely responsive to us. We can't wait to come back to San Diego again!
