Home away from home

Great place, great hosts, great location. We did enjoy our stay and recommend staying in Kaitlyn's place. We rented the 2 Bedroom unit and it was clean and had all that we needed for our extended stay.

Clean, Comfortable, and Exactly What We Needed!

Our stay at this home in Columbia was absolutely perfect. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay from kitchen essentials to thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. The location was great and made getting around town very easy. Kaitlyn was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. She responded quickly to every question, made check-in and check-out seamless, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We couldnt have asked for a better place or host. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free stay in Columbia!

Absolutely perfect stay!

Kaitlyns place was everything I couldve asked for and more. It was super comfortable, clean, and had literally everything youd need to just show up with your suitcase and start living. The space felt like home right away. Kaitlyn herself was amazingsuper friendly, quick to respond, and on top of anything that came up. You can tell she really cares about making sure her guests are comfortable. Ive stayed at a lot of places while traveling, and this one stands out big time. Id absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

1 bed 1 bath unit

This was the BEST stocked unit I have rented. The owners are nice and responsive to questions or requests. Even with these positive attributes, I would NOT rent this unit again. I feel the owners should have disclosed the need for the renter to pay for a background check, but more importantly the inability to control the air/heat. Other owners have disclosed this up front. I was not made aware until after the background check and I read the contract. The owner controls the air/heat from her phone and the controller is in the larger attached unit. The smaller unit was often cold or to warm. I also had difficulty not having a full kitchen or at least a microwave. It did have a convection/air fryer machine and a two burner hot plate. There really is not room to try to cook a full meal. For me, this unit would be fine to rent for a week, but not long-term. There are rentals for slightly more per month ($50-$100) with a full kitchen including a dishwasher.

The hosts are nice and respond promptly when issues arise. The space was clean and safe for our 3 year old. I recommend this place!

K'S sweet bungalow is the perfect place to call home when you are away from home! I have stayed here multiple times and she has everything I could ever need. The updates and decorations that have been added to the home are just perfect! I would recommend her place 10/10! As a host, she is very kind and patient, always ready to help if needed.
