I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay! The host is an exceptionally kind, welcoming, and hospitable woman who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The house is extremely clean, well maintained, and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I appreciated having my own personal code which provided convenience and security. The bedroom is large and comfortable with a private en-suite and a small kitchenette. Feels more like a private studio apartment. Overall, this was an outstanding experience.

Amazing 1 year stay

Ive been staying here for a year, and it has been a wonderful experience. The upstairs bedroom was comfortable, well-furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a long-term stay. The location is very convenient, making daily life easy and stress-free. Linda, the owner, has been an incredible landlord. She is caring, attentive, and always makes sure everything is taken care of. Its clear she truly cares about her tenants and goes above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and welcoming rental.

Awesome place!!

I was so happy with this stay. Linda is such a gracious host. She went all out on setting up the room. Huge closet, mini kitchen with a full size refrigerator. Personal temperature control for the room. I loved having my own code for my room. Very quiet neighborhood. If work brings me back to the Nashville area I wont look anywhere but at Lindas place

home away from home

I absolutely loved staying here! The room is very quiet, very private. I had a key pad lock on my door with my own code so I felt my stuff was secure. You have everything you need, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, dishes, silverware, etc. I had control of the thermostat upstairs, which was nice. Linda is super sweet, she's just a doll! Anything you need and she's there for you. I would definitely stay with Linda again!

Awesome place to stay

L is what I would call a super host, she is all about the safety of her guests, she goes beyond expectations to make sure you are comfortable and in need of nothing. I have been traveling for over 6 years and this is the first place I stayed that was so comfortable, clean, and safe, honestly I didn't want to leave.. I would stay at L's place anytime. She and I clicked on a personal level and that is pretty rare, so if you ever get the chance to stay at L's, you will not be disappointed .

Amazing Room & Conveniently Located

This property is secure and very well managed. L is a kind hearted woman and treats her tenants like family. The room is spacious & has everything you need. It comes with a refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, and microwave. The bed is so comfortable & she has a smart TV that you can watch all your streaming shows while relaxing. She has a jacuzzi tub and a stand in shower. I loved my time there & would recommend this property to everyone. Dont miss out on this option. I will be back to stay there for sure.

L is a wonderful host. I felt very welcome here and very safe. Each room is set up like your own little studio apartment with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay.

Great place to stay!

I would highly recommend this property to travelers. The owner is very friendly and respectful of your privacy. The room is large, very comfortable with your own private bathroom and appliances to be able to provide snacks and meals. The kitchen downstairs and laundry are also available for use. The property is very safe and secure with ADT protection. You are able to choose your own code for access to the house and your bedroom. My experience while short there, was very pleasant and comfortable. Again, would highly recommend this property to anyone.
