Hi! We're a family of three renting this separate upstairs one bedroom apartment, part of a duplex on the same property as our two bedroom house. There are no shared walls, ceilings or floors, with windows on all four sides for a 360-degree 2nd story view.

1-Month Stay (7/15 - 8/13)
Wayne and Rie are the nicest people. Rie and Wayne made sure everything was ready and clean for me on my first day. Wayne's room was cozy and spacious, equipped with all the amenities I needed, such as WiFi, a dishwasher, and laundry units. I hardly had to leave the apartment for anything, but when I did, so many things were located nearby. My favorite spot was the Culver City Steps, which is just a short drive away, though parking can be tricky. I also attended a 100 Thieves event since their HQ is in the same area. Overall, anyone fortunate enough to rent from Rie and Wayne would be lucky to stay there. They respected my privacy, and I rarely had to ask for anything related to the unit. I would love to stay here again if the opportunity ever arises, but I'm grateful I had the chance to call this place home for a month. Take care, Rie and Wayne! I wish you all the best in finding more amazing tenants in the future.

Summer Stay
Super nice and clean place with friendly and helpful hosts. There was a new dishwasher and good amount of apartment essentials. It was also in a convenient location (close to LAX and the beach).

Convenient area
It is a nice area, everything you need is in walking distance e.i. Grocery store, shopping stores, banks, and restaurants! Owners are very responsive and nice!
